One race.
A century of stories.

An event with a life of its own

Each edition has one race record. When Le Mans also appears in a championship, that season links back to the same edition. Overall and class achievements stay distinct; championship points appear only in the applicable series.

The timeline has gaps in 1936 and 1940–1948, when the race was not held. Class definitions, circuit layouts and eligibility changed over the decades.
